Before the round opened we generated a secret seed and published its fingerprint below. On drawing day we reveal the seed. Anyone can hash it, confirm it matches, and recompute the winning ticket number. Nobody, including us, can steer the result after tickets exist.

No. Creating an account, calculating schools and inviting friends are free, and the 3-day Advanced trial costs nothing unless you keep it. Advanced and Extreme plans earn the biggest ticket drops, and every plan payment grows the prize for everyone.
Every ticket is one chance in the drawing. If 1,000 tickets are in play and you hold 50, you hold 5% of the chances. Add tickets and that share goes up.
Tickets you earn elsewhere on the site (signing up, calculating, upgrading, referrals) wait here until you tap Claim. Claimed tickets are the ones in the drawing, so come back and claim before the round closes.
One ticket is drawn at random using a seed we committed to before the round started. The method and the seed are published so anyone can verify the result.
